Our Accreditations
Nationwide Concreting Ltd is CHAS Approved, CITB Registered and accredited by the CSCS Scheme with all operatives required to hold CSCS cards.


CONSTRUCTIONLINE
We are a Constructionline Gold member, which means that we have been thoroughly vetted for our governance and risk management capabilities. CHAS
In 1997 a group of health and safety professionals from across the UK worked with the Association of London Government (ALG) to develop CHAS, which became a web-based system in 2001.
CHAS started with two main aims - to improve health and safety standards across the UK and to reduce duplicated safety applications for both suppliers and buyers. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.


CITB
CITB are the Industry Training Board and a partner in the Sector Skills Council for the construction industry in England, Scotland and Wales.
The support and funding they provide helps companies to improve skills, increase their competitiveness and respond to challenges such as the low carbon agenda, reducing costs on site and recruiting the best talent for their sector. CITB take a leadership role for the industry, addressing skills challenges through their strategic plan.


CSCS
CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. Their cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out.
Most principal contractors and major house builders require construction workers on their sites to hold a valid CSCS card. The scheme also keeps a database of people working in construction.


CONCRETE SOCIETY
The Concrete Society provides prompt, impartial technical advice on concrete and related matters to subscribing members of any discipline.
The Society works through the cooperation of our members who come from all sectors of the industry to exchange information and experience and to enhance the performance, productivity and quality of concrete as a construction medium. As a member-based body, the society has no affiliation to any trade or corporate organisations.
